S2PX is separate to MettleCI. Its components are…

• a plugin to the The MettleCI Command Line Interface,

• The S2PX Analysis Plugin (dm-s2px-analysis-plugin-1.0-xxx.jar) which incorporates a library of asset queries and provides S2PX analysis and conversion functionalitycapabilities, anda set of Asset Queries which support the analysis command

• The S2PX Conversion Plugin (dm-s2px-conversion-plugin-1.0-xxx.jar) which provides S2PX conversion capabilities.

You don’t need to upgrade any other parts of MettleCI to use S2PX. In fact you don’t necessarily need to install MettleCI to use S2PX, but you do need a commercial entitlement to MettleCI to use S2PX.
