Yes. MettleCI does not influence the integrity of your DataStage assets. 

The Unit Testing parameters (added to jobs for which you wish to enable MettleCI's Unit Testing capability) are implemented as environment variables.  Jobs containing a reference to one of these variables can be propagated unaltered to your QA and production environments without effect.
