Does MettleCI only handle DataStage testing and deployment, or does it also handle IGC and IA?

MettleCI handles QualityStage Jobs, including the post-deployment “commissioning” step that enables QualityStage Jobs to run.

MettleCI handles both Server and Parallel DataStage Job types.

MettleCI doesn’t currently have functions to manage the lifecycle of IGC configuration objects. We understand the architecture of IGC is undergoing significant change so it remains to be seen what needs will emerge from IBM’s development activities there.
