MettleCI Unit Test Harness: Installed on DataStage Engines where we want to execute Unit Tests.
MettleCI Command Line: Installed on a dedicated host alongside your build system's agent and a DataStager thick (Windows) client.
In most cases this means installing MettleCI Workbench and Unit Test Harness on your DEVELOPMENT DataStage Engine Tier
