Fix Analysis for Pivot Stages. The current S2PX Analysis process fails with a runtime errors (of the form DerivationHelper$UnderlineListener:xxx - line x:x mismatched input) when a Pivot Stage column derivation contains the columns upon which the pivot is performed.
